Open Tickets at a Glance
This page gives you quick visual feedback on the status of all open tickets. When you hover over the different areas of the graph it will show you the number of tickets in each area. Furthermore, you can click on any of the color blocks to pull up all open tickets represented by that area.
View Tickets
View Tickets takes you to the ticket management page. The table default is set to show all open tickets, i.e., any ticket that is not closed. Open tickets can have any of the following statuses: unclaimed, claimed, in progress, or pending.
Table columns can be shown/hidden by clicking the gear icon on the right side above the table display.
At the top of the page is a search bar you can use to search tickets. There's a query explainer that can be toggled so that you can see the logic that goes into the current ticket search query. Then above the table are filters you can use to further whittle search results. You can use the "Start Over" button to reset the search query and clear all the table filters.
Hovering over the “Summary” section of any ticket shows the question and the latest note. Clicking anywhere on the ticket within the table view will open the ticket. Here you can see the history of all ticket actions as well as perform new actions like emailing the guest, adding notes, as well as updating assignments, statuses, and tags.
