Can I perform any bulk action updates to tickets?

Yes! Bulk actions can be preformed from the "View Tickets" page.  Action items are grayed out until you make ticket selections by checking the box on the left next to each ticket.  Check the box at the top to select all of the tickets on the page. 

The actions that can be performed on the tickets include making changes to assignments and statuses as well as adding or removing tags.  If you are an administrator for the account you will also have the option to delete tickets.
